CUSTOMER WARRANTY and CLAIM CENTER

Blair Wrye Designs proudly builds quality reclaimed wood products with authentic craftsmanship and detailed design and construction. That is our commitment to our craft and our customers.

We carefully inspect each item crafted prior to shipment and request that you do the same upon receiving your item. PLEASE BE AWARE that due to the nature of natural, reclaimed wood, the material may change over time. Additionally, due to the variations in natural materials and monitor/screen settings, the product may not exactly match the images on our website. The nature and beauty of natural materials is their uniqueness in color and grain. Consequently, color and/or grain dissatisfaction will not be a valid reason for return.

Should you discover a defect in your product, please contact us immediately at (270) 994-1961. We guarantee our products for a period of 6 months after it is DELIVERED. Our guarantee does not cover damage from transit, abuse, exposure to extreme temperatures (or a sudden exposure from one extreme temperature to the opposite), or exposure to moisture. Our warranty is limited to the original purchaser with a valid order number, matching e-mail, and a paid receipt. Customer shall, when required, return any item by FedEx and present a valid shipment tracking number.

Blair Wrye Designs will ONLY offer replacement should the item be damaged IN TRANSIT, in which case, customer shall file a claim with FedEx and immediately email BLAIRWRYEDESIGNS@GMAIL.COM with their order number, pictures of the damaged product(s), and a copy of their paid receipt. Once the damage claim is paid to the customer, a replacement order and payment for same should be made to BWD. If the damage claim is paid directly to BWD, a replacement product shall be shipped. Should that product be out-of-stock or discontinued, a refund will be issued.
